Robert Gordon brought along some new recordings, new in 1987, to air on the show, band personnel on new songs are Chris Spedding, Jon Brant of Cheap Trick, and Michael Shrieve. Songs included during this interview are: The Way I Walk/Rumble (Link Wray)/Five Days/A Little Thing Called Love (new)/Rockabilly Boogie/Red Hot/Beside You (new)/Fire/Someday Someway. You'll also hear Crazy Eddie commercials from '87, and you hard core doo wop fans will like the promo done by Ronnie I of WHBI fame advertising a show at DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx, a UGHA Show featuring Johnny Maestro & The Brooklyn Bridge, Willie Winfield & The Harptones, The Angels, The Hearts, Lee Andrews & The Hearts, The Impalas, Lillian Leach & The Mellows, The Ravens featuring Maithe Marshall, a nice piece of doo wop history. Most airchecks are recorded on tape which might have a break in conversation or song due to tape flipping then transferred to Compact Disc.
