RADIO SPINNER has a collection of radio transcripts, airchecks and special broadcasts. This is another rare find from Aircheck City. Soupy Sales, famous for his comedy TV show also did some radio and this is a perfect example. This intact Soupy Sales recording was originally broadcast on WNBC 660 AM in New York on May 21, 1985, from the days when Howard Stern, Wolfman Jack and Don Imus were part of the WNBC line up. Soupy brings some comedy routines to this program, trivia contests, and plenty of listener call ins, also contains songs of the day, news, weather, and commercials. This is a great find for any Soupy Sales fan, excellent quality, runs for approximately 37 minutes. Mastered on compact disc. Airchecks are recorded from radio broadcasts as it happened as a piece of documented music history. Most airchecks are recorded on tape which might have a break in conversation or song due to tape flipping then transferred to Compact Disc. No artwork or jewel cases are included, pictures are for illustration only, CD's are labeled and enclosed in a plain white envelope, they are shipped in a protective bubble pack shipping envelope.
